Exchange Policy (No Returns / No Refunds)

• At Reya LGD Jewelry, we do not offer returns or refunds.

• We provide a flexible exchange policy to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Customers can exchange their purchased product within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Conditions for Exchange

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• All original tags, invoices, and certifications must be intact.

• The exchange request must be raised within 15 days of delivery.

• The product must pass our quality inspection process.

Exchange Value Policy

• Gold Jewelry:

• 100% value of gold weight at the current market rate.

• Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry:

• 100% value of the gold component at the current market rate.

• 90% value of lab-grown diamonds at prevailing market rates.

Balance Amount Policy

• If the new product value is higher, the customer must pay the difference amount.

• If the new product value is lower, the balance amount will be issued as a voucher.

• Voucher validity will be 3 months from the date of issue.

• No cash refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Exceptions

• Customized jewelry items are not eligible for exchange.

• Engraved jewelry items are not eligible for exchange.

• Personalized jewelry items are not eligible for exchange.
